Prasanna Gautam has been deeply involved in wildlife conservation for over two decades. He has led numerous birding and wildlife tours across India's renowned national parks, sharing his extensive knowledge with enthusiasts and researchers alike. Notably, he coordinated the Snow Leopard Conservation Project in Ladakh from 1996 to 1998 and collaborated with Earthwatch on this crucial initiative. His dedication to wildlife also includes active participation in bird and wildlife censuses, contributing to the preservation and understanding of India’s rich biodiversity.
